NEW PERSPECTIVE

It is safe to say that with spring/summer trends there usually comes some sort of vibrant or pastel colors and prints such as florals. but as Merly Streep says in the Devil Wears Prada "Florals for spring.... Groundbreaking". 

WHAT IS A WAY TO ALWAYS DO SPRING/SUMMER RIGHT

In the process of styling my friend for her summer graduation i started leaning toward a black and white outfit. This got me to start thinking and personally shifting my style to lean (temporarily) toward solid black and white pieces. BLACK AND/OR WHITE has no season, it goes with any color, it can be casual or formal BASICALLY you can't go wrong with it. What i have started to do is invest in a nice black or white piece of clothing or accessory that i can reuse throughout many years because it does not follow a notable trend. so this is my trend report for this summer -

According to H&M's latest "TREND SCOUTER"(if we want to call it) mens wardrobes are becoming more utility-like with having a good knit, pair of cargos, and a nice pair of flat front (mail man) shorts to go with the sunny days that are finally here. Having some utility wear in your closet is something that will always be cool.

Mexican based footwear company UNMARKED has a unique hand crafted style to it. i love the regular silhouette but once you take a close look these are some statement shoes that would go well with so many styles. The little details such as their material or sole texture is what really distinguishes this brand.
